The company has 6 hot-rolled and cold-drawn profile steel production lines with leading rolling accuracy in China, which can meet customized development of steel rolling. Till now we have developed hundreds of different profile steels. The rolled profiled steel's width from 6mm~250mm, thickness 3mm~200mm. The annual production steel rolling capacity is about 200,000 tons.
For the subsequent treatment of section steel, continuous operations can be carried out on straightening, surface rust prevention, pressers sawing, export package etc.
For the manufacturing of steel wheel rims and wheel components, the company has adopted 2500 tons and 2000 tons hydraulic pressers, flash butt welding machines,1.5 meters vertical CNC lathes, Lincoln welding machines etc.
Based on our profile steel, components assembly welding and insertion lap submerged arc welding, the strength and stiffness concentricity and welding quality of wheel components could be ensured. Which can ensure the stable supplying of our steel wheel products. The annual production capacity of various kinds wheel rim is about 500,000 sets.
The company has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, strictly controls the raw materials, and established a product dynamic tracking card to achieve the traceability of product quality. During the production, "Three times inspection system" has been setting up. It includes first inspection, process random inspection and final inspection. Important processes have been all inspected to ensure the stability of product quality.
The laboratory is equipped with complete inspection equipment such as tensile testing machine, 3D projector, chemical composition analyzer, material sorting instrument, mirror image analyzer, fatigue testing machine, etc. which provides the reliable guarantee for product quality.
